Privacy Statement – LLPA AI QUIZ

This Privacy Statement prescribes the principles of data protection in accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, (hereinafter: GDPR), refers to the AI Quiz organized by the Leading Learning Partners Association (hereinafter: LLPA), The Base B, Evert van de Beekstraat 1-104, 1118 CL Schiphol, Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in cooperation with association member companies (hereinafter: Promoters).

AI Quiz will be conducted in the period from October 20th to December 20th 2025. We consider this Privacy Statement to be an integral part of the LLPA Privacy Policy providing more detailed information on the protection of privacy in the conduct of the AI Quiz. Any changes to our Privacy Statement will be posted here.

Your personal information shall be shared to and processed by our member in your country, as an independent controller, in order to organize national competition, keep you informed and maintain the leaderboards.   1. Personal data processed, purposes and retention period

In order to participate in the LLPA AI Quiz, you are required to share your name and email address to organize the competition and award prizes. All participant data shall be processed for 6 months after the competition end. All winners are obliged to present their ID in order to verify eligibility to participate in the contest. We don’t record your IDs.

  1. Technical and organizational protection measures

We apply adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Also, we have carefully selected and verified our processors and have bound them by a data protection agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

  1. Data subject rights

Data subjects can exercise all applicable rights guaranteed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation by notifying our Data Protection Officer at dpo@thellpa.com. Data subject rights applicable are:

  • Right to information access,
  • Right to rectification,
  • Right to erasure, the so-called “right to be forgotten”,
  • Right to restriction of processing,
  • Right to data portability.

NOTE: rights are not absolute and, depending on the context, some rights may not apply, or not apply in full. We will inform you accordingly in such cases.
