Patrick Kersten is Program Director at Computrain, the largest and leading IT training provider in the Netherlands. Computrain was founded in 1984.
After having studied Biology in Amsterdam Patrick specialized himself in Education. He started in the professional IT Education and joined Computrain in 2000 as a product specialist and instructor. A few years later he became responsible for Computrain’s extensive End User training portfolio.
In 2008 he became member of the Management Team of Computrain, becoming responsible for Training & Development. Since mid-2011, when Computrain merged with other IT training institutes, Patrick is responsible for the full IT training and services portfolio of the new organization and for managing the partnerships with delivery partners and the big software vendors.
Tomislav Dominkovic is CEO of Algebra, leading training and education company with focus in IT area in Croatia and surrounding region. He has founded Algebra in 1998. with 2 other partners. Within his 15 years of company leadership, Algebra became a dominating company in the market, based on its service quality and market innovation both in marketing approach and recognizing trends and market demand for education services and products. Apart from professional training, Algebra owns University college with 3 and 5-year degree study programs in applied computing engineering with 400 students enrolled.
Tomislav has finished his high school in the US and achieved his electric engineering diploma in Croatia. He has sharpened his entrepreneurial preferences with diploma study in management, one year, after diploma study program in business, customized for engineers.
Developing a company from ‘garage’ helped him to understand all processes in training and education business. Once a trainer himself, Tomislav learned the main postulates of a human learning process and this was great prerequisite to building a company that creates successful students. His great organizational skills and business sense was recognized by Croatian managers’ and entrepreneurs’ association (CROMA) which awarded him as the most successful young manager in 2007. As the main responsible person for contacts with IT vendors in company, Tomislav is a member of the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council in Redmond, WA representing Croatia and CEE Region from 2011 until 2014.
Michal Karski is Chief Cloud Architect and VP of the Board at CloudTeam, an IT training company widely respected and known in Poland for its professional and innovative services. He is responsible for marketing and public relations strategy for the whole company.
Michal is a highly effective manager, creative marketing professional and IT specialist. As a business owner, he has the ability to drive and develop business.
Michal was one of the founders of CloudTeam in 2003. From the beginning, he was responsible for the marketing part of the company. During this period CloudTeam became one of the most recognizable IT training companies in Poland with many innovative and unique programs and services offered.
He was previously well recognized Microsoft Certified Trainer with 3rd place in Polish MCT ranks in 2000 with specialization in Windows NT 4 and SQL Server classes. Michal was also teaching IBM/Lotus classes as a Certified Lotus Instructor. From 2009 until 2013 Member of the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council in Redmond, WA representing Poland and CEE Region.

Inga Steinunn Bjorgvnsdottir is the Marketing Manager at Promennt Iceland, the largest IT training center in Iceland and market leader since 2001. Inga joined Promennt in 2011 and has been engaged from the start in building the company, strategy and image, marketing, product development, advertising and promotion of any kind along with various activities, measuring, enhancing, and enriching the position and image through various verticals, goals and objectives. Michael started his career in 1992 at Unisys Education Services with a student-job in the course preparation team. 1993 to 1998 he was responsible for Windows and Office User Training Business Development and the Unisys Education Marketing / Public Relation Management.
1999 he founded together with Richard Melbinger the new Training Company ETC in Vienna, Austria – they became 2003 the first Gold Learning Partner in Austria and were the only Training company with an ISO9001 Quality Certificate!
2005 they re-focused their business to 100% Microsoft and 2006 until now ETC has been the No. 1 in the Austria Microsoft Technology Training market!
Michael is member of the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council from 2011 until 2014 supporting Microsoft Learning in Redmond, WA, USA in developing their strategy for the future!
