It is vital that we, as learning partners, do what we can to support the people of Ukraine. With our network, capabilities, and resources near and within the European countries affected by the humanitarian crises, it is our duty to take on the leading role of providing skilling aid to support these refugees in need. As a result, the LLPA has initiated and developed a skilling aid project called #SkillsForUkraine as part of the platform Jobs for Ukraine (jobs4ukr.com)

We encourage all training organizations across the globe to join us, in an effort, to bring new skills to these refugees.

Objectives:

• Ensure every refugee has fast and easy access to global jobs in tech and other connecting fields.
• Ensure every refugee has fast and easy access to basic essential language training.
• Ensure every refugee has the skillset to communicate cross border leveraging a cell phone, and/or laptop.
• Provide access to planned training and comprehensive learning paths that ensure employability and match skill sets with job requirements.
• Make an impact by providing a holistic and integrated approach through connecting and collaborating with other global Learning Partners to provide free training and expertise.

• Become a skilling partner in any of the areas of the program;
• Sponsor the skilling of a refugee to become ready for a vacant position (in your company or elsewhere);
• Sponsor the #Skills4Ukraine program and make Project Management, Delivery Management, and further Platform Development possible.
