Matteo De Gobi, the 2025 Digital Skills Cup champion in the AI Pro category, celebrated his impressive achievement with a well-deserved getaway. As part of his prize, Matteo enjoyed a memorable trip to Crete, spending several days in Heraklion alongside his partner—the perfect setting to relax after the intense competition.

During their stay, they explored the iconic Knossos Palace, discovered the fascinating collections of the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, relaxed on beautiful beaches, went on a scenic hike, and of course savored Crete’s delicious local cuisine.

Out of the 1,988 participants who competed in the Digital Skills Cup across all categories, only eight earned their place in the World Final in AI Pro category, representing Italy, Norway, South Africa, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, the UAE, Portugal, and Belgium.
