The Education division of Realdolmen has been one of the most important players on the Belgian ICT training market since 1982. Initially, set up to fulfil the training needs of our own IT professionals, we made it right from the beginning our goal to share the knowledge and experience that we gained with our customers.

Realdolmen Education promotes and sells the Education Solution to Realdolmen customers and Realdolmen employees. The Education Solution consists of four main parts:

    We offer classroom training, to groups of ideally no more than eight students. A training session consists of a mix of conceptual explanations and practical hands-on exercises. The proportion of the two differs in function of the subject of the training, but there is always a very intense interaction between the teacher and the participants.
    Implementing changes, whether ICT related or not, does not mean that people’s behaviour will also automatically change and that all employees within an organization will understand the changes and deal with them efficiently. An organization can only change if the people also want, and are able, to adopt the intended change. They must be ready for change and perceive the added value. This is the only way to succeed as an organization. Managing the “human side” of transitions is an approach that has grown in importance in recent years and rightly so. The Realdolmen approach to transition projects is based on the ADKAR® model from Prosci®. This model states that when experiencing change, every individual goes through five psychological phases. Whether it’s a change in their personal life or at work, it makes no real difference. Realdolmen can assist you with all aspects of Change Management.
    We mainly focus on the creation of eLearning projects for custom made applications. We develop demonstration or interactive simulation modules. These modules can be placed on a SharePoint site, Internet or Intranet page. They can also be uploaded to an LMS (Learning Management System). We use Adobe Captivate and Articulate Presenter to develop these modules.
    We assist you with documentation in the form of hard copy, online documents, online help and quick start guides. We help to make your product usable, effective and accepted by end-users. With good technical manuals, documentation and educational materials, you will reduce customer service calls, offer a value-added benefit to consumers, and establish credibility in the marketplace.
